Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
CPR
Program
Under A CPR program, Chowten Health teaches students how to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, a first aid technique used to maintain circulation and breathing when someone has stopped breathing or their heart has stopped. CPR involves chest compressions and rescue breaths (mouth-to-mouth). The main goal is to keep blood circulating to the brain and vital organs until medical help arrives.
